As Head of Project Management at Luxury Frontiers, Johan oversees turnkey design and development projects, primarily across the African continent, from concept through to successful handover. With a background that spans construction management and architecture, Johan brings hands-on experience and technical finesse to every project, excelling in detailing, resolution, and overall project leadership.

Known for his proactive approach "Don’t do tomorrow what you can do today", Johan thrives on the uniqueness and complexity of each destination, finding inspiration in diverse cultures, remote locations, and the occasional wildlife encounter. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, the outdoors, and once had a passion for cycling and mountain biking before shifting gears to more leisurely pursuits.
