PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our project management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, preferably within the construction, design, or hospitality sectors, and should meet the following requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
At least 4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in design management, construction, or project management within the hospitality sector
Registration with SACPCMP as a PrCPM or an international equivalent institution (advantageous)
Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and bulk services is an advantage
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking software
Strong creative problem-solving skills
South African citizen or valid work permit for South Africa
A valid passport
